Wow that's an extremely informative video. Switched to traditional grip about three weeks ago after months of experimentation so suffice to say I'll be "birdcrap"-ing for a while, no doubt!

Thanks for the post/link. I found the video to be very practical. I dug the exercise he laid out. I really dug the fact that he wasn't dogmatic about his way being the "right" way. Very cool!
