It's an embedded Flash object, so I think it would be difficult.

I know you can save google videos. Google has its own video player you have to use. You acn even extract a file ready for your iPod/PSP.

You Tube is great, but some of these videos are badly out of synch and my guess is that the source material is nowhere nearly as bad.
