Electronic Pads

Say, if I have to quickly change parameters on filters or other FX during a song, do I have to navigate several m...

Re: What metronome do you use?
These all look great! Thanks for the tips! However , Does anyone find them a bit fiddly to use on a gig? There's obviously a lot chemistry between them all and they can all be themselves with this band. They know parts of the mus...

Re: Good recording hihat for rock
Thanks for the advice, guys. Will let you know what happens. my mastersounds were really percussive when used with the foot and it wasn't sounding legit over a lot of the straight ahead gigs I do I also ran into that with my Mastersounds too. Ended up getting 13" Hybrids 5-6 years ago to cover ...

Re: Good recording hihat for rock
I'm looking at getting some new hi hats for doing rock in the studio. I've been using 14" A Mastersounds for years but I've been thinking lately that they just sound too bright. There's some annoying high-end frequencies somewhere in there that are bothering me. I'm considering K Custom Darks....

How big are those hi-hats in the Mars Volta videos?! Surely at least 16, if not 18's? I kinda dig that crash sound he gets with the open hats.
