oh man.... thank goodness Philly's cymbal is still in good hands. It's part of our heritage. That ride is on another level in sonority. New K is nice, but needs to be buried in dirt for a couple of yrs, or needs more time to oxidize.

The comments above have great advice. Find out what foods are inflammatory. Squeeze a soft rubber ball to help with circulation (maybe check out squeezing with your pinky and ring finger).
