I have been teaching 30 years and have all degrees you could ask for and more but would fall short on:

"Must have at least two years experience in Street Drumming (with buckets) "

I guess that drumstars and and we all can take constructive critique if they/we ask for an honest opinion.

'X-Factor' type mentality where everything is 'genius' or 'ground breaking' Well i don´t think they are genius or ground breaking..
