Re: Steve Holmes vids

Here's my feedback Steve. Great explanation as usual. Great playing. Really nice hats. Ride, well what can I say, the dry light ride has been and still is my main ride on all gigs since about 2004, it's just a perfect ride and feels great to lay into. I wonder if my question about 1/4 triplets on t...

Steve Gadd Hi-Hat Lick

Can anyone help me with the sticking for the classic Steve Gadd hi-hat/cross stick lick? In particular, the one he uses on the Al Jarreau song 'We're in this Love Together'.

I'm not very good at working these things out.

Thanks!

Re: Drummers Who Seemed to Dissapear.

I often wonder about the big name drummers (who arent actual celebrities) and wonder what paid their bills for this month. Like who? Anyone besides Tommy Lee, Travis Barker, Ringo Starr, Dave Grohl etc... Basically everyone on Drummerworld minus the huge name players who have celeb status or are de...

Re: Drummers Who Seemed to Dissapear.

DiMaggio is drummer in some TV show ? What about Russ McKinnon ? He did some cool stuff with ToP. I know he toured also with the late Joe Cocker. Mike Baird must be still working, he was in the LA A-List back in the days with Jeff, Los, Vinnie and all those cats, I'm sure he's still working unless ...
