Thank God it didn't, 'cause I don't like them at all. I prefer the bass drum on the ground. I don't want the beater hitting dead center.

Definitely! The only thing I don't like about the P-86 is the size of those tiny Phillips screws, which are prone to stripping.

P-85 strainers suck. Easy to swap out. Sometimes. Not every throw-off has the same mounting hole pattern.
