Re: What metronome do you use?
When you say "play odd time signatures," what exactly do you mean? I believe that Korg will play 1,2,3,4,5,6, or 7 counts with the first beat accented (which is really all you need). Having a full-on sequencer would allow you to get trickier -- programming in a Weckl-style half time phrase...

Re: Chris Coleman, "eating" Dave's "Spurs Of The Moment"
Your link yes Lucas, it's indeed "Garden Wall" with the late giant Mike Brecker, but I was talking about "Spurs....", it's somewhere too. :D Sorry about that, I stand corrected -- yeah, I can't get to any of the other videos (although it says there are two more). Maybe I have to...

Re: Socal Venue questions
I've played Molly Malone's -- it's a small room but their sound crew was on it, I was very comfortable with the mix onstage. Attached to a semi-divey pub, but the listening room is entirely separate so the folks in there are generally there for the music. Sit down @ tables.

Re: Interesting stuff RE music biz from Scott H

Now basically you are just saying it's a time limit on how long you can have a given album or song until yo...
