I recently posted that you can't trust album reviews in most magazines lately. It seems they're always praising everything. Well, here is a great example of a reviewer (Chloe Papas) doing the right thing:

if sound was the primary reason. Why would anyone pigeon hole themselves into such a tiny selection of possible sounds? If the greatest sound spectrum is not being tied down to any brand, being able to play everything you ever want. Then being specifically tied down to 1 brands series must be about...

Thank God it didn't, 'cause I don't like them at all. I prefer the bass drum on the ground. I don't want the beater hitting dead center.

Definitely! The only thing I don't like about the P-86 is the size of those tiny Phillips screws, which are prone to stripping.
