Can someone host or share this through some other means other than Dime please? It would be greatly appreciated!

I have a bit of a bone to pick with Dime it terms of how strict their rules are. I do understand that they want to encourage sharing but it leaves some on the margin for no fault of their own. For a while now, I haven't been able to seed, I've tried different torrent clients but none seem to let me seed. A file will finish downloading and then even when there are lots of leechers, my seeding bar (in uTorrent) is red and does not allow me to seed. I've read up on it and it seems the problem could be to do with ISPs placing firewalls to prevent over-use of their bandwidth by torrenters. There is a way to override this by opening different ports on uTorrent but I have tried this without success. I therefore can't seed to get my sharing ratio back above 0.25 and therefore have been barred from downloading! I donated some money to dime and this allowed me to download again for a while but not it has been blocked again. I don't consider myself technology illiterate and I have tried to read all I can and do I can to override this problem and have not been able to. I've tried with 3 different computers, several different internet connections both in HK and the UK.
