Read an interesting article in Drum Magazine about lesser known British drummers... it mentioned the late BJ Wilson. I guess Page originally wanted him to be the drummer for Zeppelin. Really great drummer. Check out that throne height!

Cool solo in the middle of the song too

By the way each piece of equipment on that stage would be worth a small fortune today.. cool to see today's relics looking all shiny and new

Apparently he also played on With a Little Help from my Friends, Joe Cocker.




That looks like it's painful to play that way, but he sounds pretty powerful and plays with nice dynamics.

Yeah in that second clip at 4:33 you can see he's sitting in a chair he could have pulled from his grandma's kitchen table
