This I have no problem agreeing with.
Definetly ruined last time I saw Vinnie Jeff Beck. All I saw was a sea of cell phones.
It's definetly an issue when teaching as well.

Before the pandemic, I was lucky to experience a few concerts and standup shows with yondr, which was a total revelation
and a nice hop back in time, to when people didn't have cell phones. It really is the best way to enjoy a show.

Morgenthaler wrote:Breaking Bad.
They played this at the conclusion of the series finale.
Pete Ham dated Dixie Armstrong during Badfinger's last US tour, and wrote it for her.
Been on a Badfinger kick lately, listening to their "Straight Up" album a lot.
Love this album cover

A look of disbelief staring at us over the decades

August 25, 1959
It's been 61 years since Miles Davis was beaten and jailed for loitering in front of Birdland where his name appeared on the marquee.
Ever wonder what happened to the cop?
He was shot to death in the subway during a hold up.
