I fear this might have opened a can of worms, cuz you know we won't stop now until we see the whole thing

You've been sitting on this for 11 years!!! Thanks a lot!

I compare finding Vinnie stuff to finding an oil well, the ressource is scarce and everybody desperately need it...

Steve,

My favorite tune showcasing Vinnie that night
was on this tune KAMAROON !!

Kamaroon shows Vinnie playing extremely
seemlessly each time the tune modulated
metrically , going from A section to B section,
then once again after each solo.

You gave us the beginning of Steve's solo
which lasted from 6:30 to 9:15 (time markings),
but what follows is the MOST incredible
drum solo. Vinnie plays his solo in time as the rest of the band
plays colors and shadings till the head returns.
His ideas and phrasing is genius as always, but this
particular example is soooooo deep.

If you have anymore footage of this Kamaroon,
can you please post ?

Thanks

Guys - I have both sets. I'll be putting stuff over time most likely.

Jean - yeah that solo is ridiculous. I almost put that up instead.

Steve, we will really be looking to see/hear the balance
of your sets, esp the solo on Kamaroon !!

If you are uploading in smaller segments,
could you post at least the 4's and chorus Vinnie
played on two tunes prior to
Kamaroon---the up tempo straight ahead tune ?

Grazie !!

Please DO NOT discuss tolls in the comments. Let their ignorance speak for itself please. All they want is to read what folks say about them, so say nothing. :D

Been viewing this footage here and there throught the day. The left hand going a million miles an hour is incredible. he's full of so much creativity. Scientists need to study his brain and his mind. No one can touch vinnie. You might as well just change this site from HOD to Vinnie Town.
