I´ve just seen KILL BILL 1 and 2 (again).
The song of the final credits on KB 2 is a Mexican classic "Malagueña salerosa", played and covered by Robert Rodriguez (guitar)
I went to Youtube right away and found this, from the Kill Bill 2 premiere.
The song starts at 1:00.
