That 'setting up' video had so many blushda's in it! Super hip!

I really dig how clean his drum sounds are, I know it's a mixture of many many factors but to me it is very reminiscent of Weckls drum sound/mix.

I have pre-ordered this new set from Porcupine Tree...looking forward to seeing it since I missed going to the live show (had a gig come up).

And really looking forward to see what's coming up for PT...sounds like it might be a while, though.

the future of PT is in the hands of Steven. He moves in different directions musically. He goes where he wants. The new solo record is going to be fun. Great band this time around. Maybe in 2 or 3 years Steven might pull his PT bandmates back for another go.

Everything this guy touches turns gold ! Gavin is a master at getting killer drum sounds.
Tke e-cymbals sounded pretty cool in this video...

I suggested Gavin on facebook to try to do some project playing on a 4 piece kit without double bass pedal, and a jazz tuning. I think he could exploit a totally different side of himself that way.
