I'm a friend of the guy who created Cartoon Theory.
And by the way, he's a drummer and I just filmed him playing along to his own songs, even if it's Travis Orbin on the album.

it's a Pearl drum, not sure of the model. I don't think the sound you're hearing is even close to what it sounds like acoustically, but man, I really don't like that sort of sound. Too processed. Like a gunshot.
