Frank Maccia is a cool dude and an amazing composer. Check out some of his "Folk Songs for Jazzers" CDs featuring Peter Erskine or his "Animals CD featuring VC. We recorded this album in an afternoon. I used my Oak Customs (snare too) for the whole thing, except for the title track where I used a student's snare that he left at my studio ... tuned really low.



Anyway, i hope you like it.
