Re: VINNIE - The thread about Colaiuta
UPDATE: Lee didn't dig the loop...it is an issue of respect imo...take it down.
I might be talking out the wrong end here....but....im thinking Vinnie would
HATE that he was video taped in the privacy of the studio only to know a video
was doctored to highlight his silliness...am I off here? Lee Sklar is just starting his
channel by shooting his sessions...now word gets out one of HIS videos was tooled
to make Vinnie look like an idiot. I'd take that down personally... If this was at NAMM
then it would have been a public outing, but in the privacy of the studio...no so much.
Think about it...
I know it was just in fun to do this...Vinnie is a big boy...he acted silly when the
camera was pointed at him, but it was from Lee Sklar on a session...listening to Lee's
channel daily I know Lee would most likely not dig this...I could be wrong...but I don't
think he even knows what could be done to one of his videos ...I'd just hate to see
Lee now think, "Great, I just want to share my studio experience and now someone
can doctor any of my videos to make someone look like a fool on repeat..."
Then again, maybe he needs to realize this cannot be controlled? Part of 2021 and the
new world order...

Me thinks you are really stretching this and "reading" into it.
The cat was posing for the cam so he knows by now any footage of him
will be shared.
What's the big deal? He did not use any profanity -- just a silly face.

I tried to be balanced in my response until I heard from Lee Sklar...
Lee is trying to expand his YT channel and recording sessions...if
players think this will happen they might not be open to this...
and if Lee doesnt dig it, well, it is a matter of respect at that point.
It would be nice to tell Lee it was taken down, again out of respect!

I took it down but geez...it was just a GIF which showed Vinnie's sense of humor.
Why does everything have to be so serious?

Cos Pocketplayer is the HOD thought police.
He has mod powers here so he can delete at will and spout whatever while remaining anonymous behind the Munster pick.
There is nothing left to say.
