Looks like the launch of this visionary website https://www.livemusetv.com/ is around the corner... This is a major breakthrough, wishing him the very best. Some of us thought it was unfortunate that he never released any official drum video like Gadd, Weckl did in the past.. This project has to be a very significant financial investment, so he's more than making up for it in a different way IMO... Fans having direct access to top-notch musicianship!! YAY!!!
Ok, enough bla-bla-bla, let's support him in this new venture!!!

If someone wants to take on a fun task they should transcribe the Allan Hinds song Boo's Folly off the Fly South Album. From 1:25 - 1:45. Also 2:05 - 2:25. It's loose and creative as heck. His stretching of notes is looser now. Such a master of drums. When I hear solos like this the first time I chuckle in disbelief.
Super excited about the livemusictv Vinnie has going. I'm in!

Vinnie is on every other record it seems. I bet it took him 1 hour to record this album and that's including making small talk in the studio. throw up a few charts and he's out of there.

That track does not benefit from the click.

What makes you say that? Pocket is fine imo...
btw, that kind of country seems to be as formula-based as pop for teens. Every single album sounds the same.

The verse/chorus transitions...just too straight for country imo. There needs to be some pull, it was a little too perfect.
I completely agree about formula...it is madness, madness.
