I doubt Zappa analyzed it. He probably just looked at it and thought "Wow, that looks cool!"
I kid you not. As soon as the playing gets even remotely dense, the transcriptions aren't even close.

Vinnie on it or not, I wish I liked Oz current stuff. I saw him at The Bitter End (twice) back in the day and loved his early stuff. I think I’ve moved on from the “angular” music represented on his recent albums. Not saying he’s not original and brilliant at what he does, but he’s left me flat for a few years now.
