Chris Coleman solo explained

Hey everyone,

I spent most of my christmas figuring out this Chris Coleman solo (starts at 9:30)...



and creating a new SoloWorkshop...



The workshop is in 3 parts (part 1 is up already). They're very in-depth i.e. even if you think this kind of thing might be beyond your capability you'll have no trouble understanding what's going on.

When I started the project I had no idea if I'd be able to play the entire thing. It was quite a close call actually - took a lot of practice to get it down and I still struggled a little. I learned loads of cool stuff from analysing Chris's playing though... new licks and concepts, etc.

This seems to be pretty cool. You're an amazing player and teacher. I like it.

I love his playing. Absolute monster. I don't like his sound in those clips, but I would love to pick up some music that he's played on. Recommendations anyone?

I believe he plays with Isreal and the New Breed.
