Pat Buchanan would love you guys.

Yes, let's do away with global trade, makes sense, we can all be agrarians, like the people in North Korea are.

No, let's do away with trade agreements that encourage nonsense solutions like QE2 as bandaids for the carnage they've inflicted. If you believe currency wars are prudent economic policy, and you love the Central banks printing money to keep pillaged nations from collapsing then hallelujah!

The do away argument is cute, but it doesn't stand scrutiny because it addresses nothing substantive. We may as well be arguing over what sticks we use.

But I don't want a pissing match over economics on a drum forum, even though I just wet myself. So ... /out.

I get what everyone is saying. However, I believe that in the end this is how things have to work and long term (too long term for many) things will balance themselves out.

Greed is what created borders in the first place.

True. There will be a lot of pain and suffering in the interim though.

Looking at that Gretsch ad it seems Vinnie is still taken with Gretsch, but I find it pretty weird that Gretsch hasn't been showing the "Vinnie" line any more and where is Tony !

I spoke with someone today who owns a very busy drum shop; he told me that his Gretsch rep said that Vinnie is going with Ludwig. I guess we'll find out in time...

i guess he won't endorse any compagnie....might be cool to see him with other kits "de luxe" , still , but how he would sound different on others kits .
