"If you are anything like me, you've struggled to come up with new ideas for your soloing. In this FREE LESSON I will give you an exercise that will allow you to access your own voice and play off of what you are already hearing in your head.

Great video -- Cliff gave me this exercise a while back in a lesson I did with him and it's really helped my playing. Without getting too shameless,
PolyNome works great for practicing this sort of idea. To give yourself a click to match exactly the sequence Cliff goes through,
click rate = 4
rates list = 8 8 12 12 16 16 20 20 24 24 28 28 32 32 28 28 24 24 20 20 16 16 12 12 8 8

I don´t want to post the second link here because the only thing that Cliff requires is an email address in order to receive it (subscribe to his mailing list).
I´ve been subscribed since long time ago and it´s a very friendly and clean mailing...and informative !!
And again, it says that there will be more free video lessons available.
