Snarky Puppy

Postby Julián Fernández » Fri Mar 09, 2012 11:21 am

I just "discovered" SP and I´m excited about it... Great stuff, refreshing in so many ways.
I think I gonna pick up the new dvd when available... Any recommendations before that?

Liked...interesting snare sound, a bit on the fatter/flatter side. Haven't heard that sound in a while.

Thanks. Just bought an album from iTunes for cheap. If it had been full price I might have given it a miss. That's a good way to get us to buy music.

This was the first place i had heard of snarky puppy but i have this idea that i heard pat metheny commend them. So a big thanks hod as these guys instantly became one of my all time favorite bands. I prefer Robert Searight in SP and i think i remember someone on here from North Texas mentioning him. They said something like doesn't sound like much by himself but put him with a band and boom! I think that describes him perfectly and i really really like it.
