So melodic, so nasty. Sorry if this has been posted before, but I didn't find it via the search.

If that's Soloing 101 then I'm scared shitless of the Advanced course!

But seriously, thanks for posting; the kind of playing that soothes a soul scarred by an overabundance of Pro-Tooled productions devoid of dynamics and personality...

Here's the thread:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=78

EDIT: Your video wasn't posted in that thread actually.

The search engine on HOD is not working well. What you can do is search for it on Google.
For example:
Type in ' houseofdrumming "Jeff Hamilton" ' .

Jeff looks way more like a lawyer than a drummer.

He needs to start hustlin' these damn drum solo competitions for money-- clean out these kids' pockets.

I've been being good lately, but... this is what I'd describe as Jazz Nazi bait...there's really not a lot of sophistication to what he's doing there. And I think there's a group out there that would like you to think otherwise. IMO.

Maybe I'm just slow, but I'm not sure I'm following you, Gretsch. Could you clarify a bit more?
