Sorry, Rodge...I wasn't really talking about sports...I was referring to exercising. Doing cardiovascular exercises (as well as watching what one eats) will do wonders for stamina. Of course, Virgil might be a freak and just have natural stamina without working out. Or maybe it's the amount and type of practicing that he does? Ahhhh...the mysteries of life.
He's always been open about him practicing yoga and running. I remember a tour video of him doing both on the beach, years ago. Jeppe must know which one I'm talking about.
Some yoga styles are overly physical and require insane strength. That's more like the kind of muscle structure you associate with Virgil and with age he's just become more and more defined, fiber-like.
