Clips of this have been posted before, but not the whole thing.
Probably some of the earliest video material of Virg that I've seen.

That is GOOD pop music! Love that tune! Easily could have been
a pop chart topper in the US. One of those songs you never ask,
WHO was that drummer?" The drum sound is all that matters.
Listening to this is like hearing the first three Journey LP's
then listening to Escape! What happened? Virg felt a different
inner voice...but that got us OTV, so all is well.

Southern Sons could have toured with Chicago during this time
period. Same vibe and feel. Make the people smile.

Another pop groove with that infectious bass line

I like Southern Sons better...I call this "math music"...Virg has been
playing this style for almost two decades now. Starting to all sound the
same to me. Maybe this is "clinic music" he uses??? I liked the '97 stuff better.

I totally get what you're saying. I feel differently. As far as "clinic music" goes,
it makes sense (to me) that you'd pick a track, off of one of your latest albums, that has some meat on it
in terms of rhythmic and harmonic endeavors. Again, at least to me.

A few new clips - first one shows a fiery Virgil solo in In This Life,
the second one features his latest project, Ice Fish.
