This isn´t a cover, since the tune belong to the band playing in this video...
I bought this CD when it was released.
I love this song...BUT...the guitar solo that Steve Morse plays here is POISONED.
What a tempo, feel, rock, melody, expressive body movements in this short WILD solo.
I can listen to it 100 times.
Steve isn´t Blackmore but the band knew WHO they were calling.

From a youtube user comment: " Morse is smokin'..........I heard when Blackmore left, they asked Steve if he felt he had some big boots to fill when Richie departed, he replied back, "Richie took his boots when he left"...........very few can say that, but he is one that can."
The solo starts at 1:40, but better if you play the video from the beginning.

COULD YOU BE LOVED.
The original is unbeatable, but here Lauryn Hill and her band push it and make some cool arrangements.
They start it in a common way, but soon they...and I love Lauryn singing here.



In the other side, TOTO plays here one of the &%¨*¨$%& covers I´ve heard.

I love this entire Toto album. My two favorites on the record are While My Guitar Gently Weeps (Lukather's solo is awesome), and Living For The City (this track just crushes).
