I can't get over how cool this is in context, share your thoughts on how you think Vinnie is feeling this, the rest of the album has great moments too, you can check it out i Spotify..
It's the start of the 8th phrase (or bar if thinking of it as 22/16) or 0.34 but it's better to have a couple of bars run in to feel it!
If you think the transcription is wrong let me know.

ha ha yeah i think I went into it too deeply, he's probably playing to a 1/4 click in 11 - was playing around with the idea yesterday and found it was fun to play 2/4, 7/16, 7/16 over this..
