I've been unable to successfully download the track, but I look forward to getting the complete record as soon as it's released.

No problem here.
I registered (quick and easy), entered my email address and it went well (audio sample with nice AIFF audio format)

Try to do it again.

After emailing their support guys back and forth a few times, I was able to get it work by playing it with QuickTime. For some reason, that AIF file won't play with Windows Media Player on my desktop computer, even though other AIF files play just fine.

Great performance and great sounding track. And totally FREE!

OK.
Just in case it helps in the future:

I don´t use Windows Media player, Quicktime, etc... since some years ago.
I use VLC PLAYER. It plays EVERYTHING (video and audio)

It´s free and with a LOT of features for video and audio configuration (EQs, video filters...)
It´s very easy to use but if you want advanced features, you got it too.

Available for all machines.
