Tom's in the west coast band. That ad is for the NYC band.

Did exactly what Steve said from clinic from his tune After The Fall (marked)
have bled and reworked that lick to death...

Great clinic from Steve here! Probably the best I have ever seen.
He really is into the singing of parts which is excellent to demonstrate
as a teacher. His career is really exemplary from player to educator
to ambassador.

By the time he gets to the 30 min mark the awe factor of this man's
drum knowledge and wisdom kicks in for me. He has EVERYTHING
together! Effortless hands, his ideas have layers upon layers of
development, the historical understanding...rarely does an educator
and performer at such a high level come together like this!

Those drums sound AMAZING! The solo stuff at 42:00 is as tasty
as it get for me...like rediscovering candy for the first time.

He freely shares what was sacred info...and it is free! A kid shoots up
a school and another human being blesses with his effort to share back.
Life is a mixed bag...

What a video.

This video is pretty wild too. NFL Films doing a story about Journey at their peak of popularity. Everyone having a great time at a show, what a time capsule of the early 80s.
