Maybe Frank Briggs will chime in... He has a lot of books published on major distributors, and I´m sure he has some good insight about the whole process...

Save your best stuff for your second book if you give your book away to a publisher.

So I'm thinking of going with Amazon (Create Space) after having some friendly conversations with John lamb (thx). Has anyone else had any experience with them they could share?
