Mark P, when are you back stateside? Matt Self any chance you might be willing to make the trek? DSOP? Anyone else in and around LA interested in a gathering? We've had several before but it would be nice to have some new folks come out.
Scott L is your place still available? Doesn't necessarily have to be around NAMM, but if that's what's easiest for folks...

We're thinking SATURDAY FEB 26th at Scott Lorenzini's (the same place we've always had it). 1pm!

I'll probably bring the Phoenix kit so folks can try it out if they're interested. Past hangs have been a blast and it would be great to get some new folks out as well.

The only date I can't make it for sure coincides with NAMM. I'll be in Phoenix re-launching a TV station. But if someone can nail down a date with a few weeks notice I'll take the time off and drive out.

I'll be in San Diego the week of 1/17, it'd be cool to make the trek up to LA for an HOD hang. Not sure if i have 'the skillz to pay the billz' in drumming like you guys have, but it would be a great hang nonetheless.

My schedule is pretty open this month, so yeah, I should be able to make it out. I say we have a blind taste test too. Everyone bring a snare drum with a brand new coated ambassador head on it. We'll tune them all up to the same pitch and have our own snare drum olympics.

Last time I was there for NAMM, I met Chooch, WecklsMechanic and Andy Vermiglio at the Yamaha Groove Night's aftershow gathering. It'd be cool to meet some more HODers!

I've got access to a studio in la mirada if that's a good location. close to Anaheim but not as far south for those in LA and the valley. plenty of room for multiple kits.
