Today, my first hour of practise has been playing along to Yogi Horton's amazing groove on Barry White's 'Early Years' . :) I don't know if he used a click for this back in 1978, but he sticks to 71bpm all the way through. If it's no click, then his time was really amazing, and if it is click, then this is a fantastic example of how to groove with a click.

I'm working on double bass chops which I've never dived into before. I have a buddy who sent me an insane demo for me to track at the house and I'm basically way out of my element:) It's been challenging, fun and frustrating at times.
