Another way to look at it: assemble your perfect drummer. I want to add a rule: you may use / mention a drummer just once. And I want to split brain into virtuosity and musicality.

I'd just split all body parts lengthwise with equal parts Vinnie and Paolo(Vinaccia) + David Garibaldi's fingernails and John Guerin's toenails.
