Can´t find my Inside the Big Band Chart cd...

Have some extra time and I was getting ready to get my swing game up a notch... but I can´t find my Steve Fidyk´s Inside the Big Band Chart cd...
I´ve contacted Steve himself to see if I can buy/download the tracks, but haven´t heard of him yet...

Anyone feels gracious enough to upload the files for me?

Here´s a little proof that I actually bought the book...

Maybe someone else could help out.

I found my book, it's on the shelf, but only the DVD was inside.

It's probably somewhere in my moving boxes, but you all sort of know my circumstance. It's gonna be a while before I settle down and go through all of them again.
