Looked at those pics- thanks for sharing- at the risk of sounding juvenile, I didn't realize Gavin was that tall ( how tall btw) I always thought he played smaller drums- lol.

the neil peart kit sure is pretty. each shell is dialed into his tuning. it's a tad overkill on the artwork. it works for them on stage. the cymbals have symbols! why? no one can see them. I wouldn't mind one of his snare drums. i'm sure they all sound great.

Isn't it all the designs from Rush's past albums, his kick heads, etc?

That was the last-but-one kit. This is a "steam punk" style kit for the Time Machine tour. There's been a "snakes and arrows" kit in the meantime, which was kinda tacky.

That Gretsch Kit is coming to my local drum shop....might take a good look, I liked that retro look, otherwise I'll keep saving for the PHX....
