Fantastic playing!!! I never heard of drumworks either. I checked out their site. Looks like quality stuff.

I'm very happy you like the material. I hope to get this all done in the next few months! lots left to shoot! The first 1/4 of the project is shot and now in editing. Much more music and stuff to come.

I lived in LA for many many years. but now I am based in NY! Much better for me there:-)

Awesome stuff Phil, I'm definitely going to order this when it's done. Let's all know when that'll be.
I've heard the NYC scene has a big Latin (styles) push the last few years, comments on that?

Ahhh...well...the latin scene. I dont know really. I think its reeaallllyyyyyyy died down from what it used to be a while back. The cats that have been there 20 years or more tell me its just a shadow of what it used to be. Bummer.
What i do find interesting is the way "Latin Jazz" has been approached there as opposed to any where else in the world! Much more fun to play!!
Some really happening stuff!!
