Oh man, that blows. I've been there dude. Hang in though... You should be fine in a year, two at the most. Never a dull moment eh?

You mean insulation, right? Are you going to use the pink fiberglass, or Styrofoam stuff?

Really, thank you all. You know, sometimes you wonder if there's some kind of impression you leave on people at all, so this is really motivating. I'll try to contribute a bit more.

Spent the weekend in Nashville. Great town, great restaurants. Most of the music I saw was rock, and played well. Visited Fork's and got to check some cool stuff out. Left with an inexpensive snare and sticks. They have everything.

Anyway, was on Broadway and ran across this cover band, playing Pour Some Sugar on Me.

How many drummers have played in or with (if you will allow that distinction) TOTO over the years?

Jeff Porcaro
Gregg Bissonette
Simon Phillips
Keith Carlock
Shannon Forrest
Robert Searight

No splash cymbal allowed when playing with Toto, come on people !!! :-)
Well done well done !!! :-)
I've always loved "Fahrenheit", Jeff was stellar as usual with the boys.

PS : the late great Ricky Lawson played with Toto.
I come from Tain, Vinnie, Omar, Jeff, Fish, Stewart, and many more...

LOVE Til The End...one of TOTO's deepest grooves!
What Jeff does at the end vamp is MAGIC...Jeff plays
simple grooves that I need to listen to over and over
to get the essence of widdling it down to essential.
Searight did a good job on the pocket but I didnt care
for some of his more "contemporary" fills...just my bias...
I wanted to hear those huge TOM rolls over the 32nd note
flurry during the chorus.

Simon used to use one.

Steve Lukather is the best guitarist!
