I first checked out Thomas on this gospel chops video.....skip to 6:45 for some blushda action!

Haha I love how the way he explains it is just by saying "the ride is first" and then goes on to the lick at a pretty fast speed as if that makes it very clear how to do it!

phew. In all honesty though, I want to not dig his playing but I cant help myself. I first heard him on christian scotts record about 6 years ago and was blown away. all the crazy shit he does is kind of icing to me. he is young and will hopefully mature into his technique.

it's interesting how the most awesome players are horrible at explaining things.
