Hah! Yeah Dave has a room a few doors down from mine, that's how I met him (having to listen to him blow while I'm trying to practice is motivating!) SUPER nice guy, great player!

Saw Dave with The Mars Volta at the start of last year. An amazing drummer. Belts the absolute piss out of the drums live!

Wow thanks a lot for all the kind words guys!
That snare I used in the video w my acrylic kit is a custom 6.5x14 DW Bamboo drum w die cast hoops that they made me a while back. Really diggin it!
I also just finished doing a live show w Terry Bozzio a few weeks ago. If anyone wants to check that out, here's a link:
