Oh for sure, don't get me wrong, massive respect to Weckl from the beginning. Just tend to prefer his more recent stuff, that's all.

Great stuff, I enjoyed this very much, MERCI DW, JT and VF !!!
I'm looking to see/hear Dave playing his very old music from "Contemporary Drummer + One", I'd really love to see/hear actual DW's take on his very old music, "Rainy Day", "Garden Wall", "Island Magic", and "Spur Of The Moment", I appreciate him very much, all he's done for us, awesome !!!

Great new episode of Insidemusicast with Randy Brecker and Eric Marienthal

They've made a new record with Dave and John Patitucci that's out on September 11th. At the end of the interview Eric talks about the Elektric Band. Apparently there is a new studio album and a live album in the works and Chick has recently acquired the masters of all the GRP albums that he's planning to re release. Maybe they'll be remastered too!

David gives a live FB/YT's chat every sat. at 10AM Pacifique time, 19h in France, perfect, this is great !!!
He did it last sat, he did it today, and he should doing it next sat., awesome.

Beside his phenomenal drumming, I'm really impressed by how well equipped he is, camera angles mic sound and shit, damn, he always has been on the top of the teaching game, respect Sir Weckl.
