This guy is impressive. I can get tired of listening to a lot of drummers in this style, but I pick up something from him. Still can't take more than 10 min of it. :)

Very well produced show. Sound and video are as good as it gets. Great songs. CMT Crossroads has put out some amazing music. This is one of them.

This CMT video is a perfect example of how music has not really changed in over 40 years...
but what can change is the psychology of a band...bringing in a communication expert...
that's pretty "aware" of this band...in the 70s there was no talk about mental health issues...
you just drank too much or did drugs too much or...OCD, bipolar, other issues that affect
the artistic personality...you just fought it out and whoever stands last wins!

Having Waddy Wachtel sit in...this could never happen in the 70s...bring in some cat from
what the 30s or 40s to sit in? A genre of music didn't exist back then...I'm thinking Stevie
in her glory days with Waddy...and to see him with her all these years later is great!

I'm digging the blend of old and new together...this is an angle to market yourself and stand out.
A whole younger generation can hear Stevie and say, "I've heard her before...who is that?"

Little Feat was so good. 1977, groovy as hell.
