Whitesnake's "Is This Love" is a great example of that groove. I use it all the time with beginner students because it's slow enough for them to handle and it also has a really obvious, pumping 8th note bass line that really helps them hear how the groove lies in the pocket.

Jeff Beck's "The Pump" off There And Back with Simon on the kit is another good one......

Another Simon: Let my love open the door, Pete Townshend

Elton John: Bennie and the Jets

Stones: Miss You

Bowie: China girl

Bryan Adams: Cuts like a knife (I'm sure there are others)

Steve Hackett: The Steppes

The Pretenders: Back on the Chain Gang (Pretty simple, but fun beat)

Talking Heads: Mind, Life During wartime (Plenty others)

The Clash: Know Your Rights
