Otmaro is my favorite keyboard player... love his intense solos and sound... Check out the very very good drum solo at the end...

Speaking of Sojourn...

Highly recommend this CD... One of the different aspects of Jimmy's playing that inspires me on Sojourn is his dynamic control... I mean, he's got this soft touch and yet keeps it intense.. Delivering a real inspired performance throughout..

I love Jimmy! A cuban with a great jazz feel.

O.T.: Beat, Magella Cormier gave a clinic in town yesterday night. He keeps getting better and ventures in Virgil territory but with groove. Unbeliveable!

Oh my!! Where was it...?? Was it recorded by the venue... or anyone in the crowd? The performance he did at the Montreal Drum Fest a few years back was unbelievable too!!

Jimmy is quite underated. I love his playing, primarily his Latin Jazz approach.

It was at "Le Centre d'Arts La Chapelle". There was also Eric Boudreault, the drummer of the show Cavalia, they played a duet at the end.
A guy was allowed to film and photograph. You can contact Magella, he should have it.
