I didn't get much T.V. growing Up just 3 stations in rural Canada. I did get David Sandborns show Night Moves? or something like that, he was/is so heavy in any situation perfect house band drummer for that show. Great musical guests.

T'was called "Night Music".. Miss that show... Wonder why it stopped... Don Alias was on percussion.. Agreed that Omar shined a lot on that show...

Good for them if they´re ditching Deen for his abusive behavior... Only word that comes to my mind is coward. Maybe companies like DW and Zildjian should stop sponsoring him too.

How is that bizarre? I think bizarre would be Lars Ulrich. Omar has rocked hard with Bowie, Dire Straits, and many more.

OK...after watching Omar on those huge toms he will do the Journey gig well!
His vibe will only bless that band...the man is very secure with his woman freeing
him of all THAT distraction on the road. Omar is very in the moment...will be good
for Journey to be part of the experience and musical wisdom he brings to the table.
Actually excited about this gig now.
