I follow Warren Huart youtube channel, recording stuff..
He has worked sometimes with Vinnie. I told him...."please, an interview !!"
Warren answered positively.

And here with Simon...

This is GREAT. So long and so in depth. Best Simon interview EVER!!!

He did sort of keep his promise with Vinnie, but something like this would be amazing. Not getting my hopes up, though.

I'll probably end up checking out all of Warren's vids now.

So....., DT100s eh? Worth it? Comfy?

DT100s rock. Subkicks suck..................

Good grief...Simon is a treasure, we should embrace it while he is around and doing outrageous things like this.

He's really hitting hard in that solo. He must have had a good night sleep and a hearty breakfast. Never seen him hit so hard. Not a fan of his solos. He sounds amazing within song context.

Put some of this 89 tour on my iPod. He had such a ridiculous drum sound. Solo at 7:38.

Used to listen to this a lot.

What's that, those sound like the old school single headed toms, but everything else sounds modern. Cool.
