Been revisiting The Leprechaun recently...Gadd is not only a great drummer, but an incredible musician. He's one of those guys who plays beautiful, elegant MUSIC. And no matter what he's playing, you can always bet that it will be musically sensitive, dynamic, and appropriate. Major respect to Mr. Gadd - majestic musician, and a beautiful soul.

Just read the current issue of DrumHead with Steve Gadd on the Cover... Really nice read... I don't pretend to have read all of Gadd's interviews but this one nails it for me... Where his head was during his early days, how he came up with his unique voice, etc... Then gets into his personal stuff, his struggles, brings a different perspective to how he became who he became as a whole human being... Highly recommended.
