I have been involved in making music for Reality TV shows w/a guitar player.
Some decent success so far. It really comes down to a search for SOUND and
I found the PERFECT song but cannot identify the source. So...asking for a little
help.
Scroll down to the last video of Odor popping Bautista...the music on this 33 sec video
is perfect in every sense. I must find the artist or info. I cannot even find a source for
the video (not on Youtube or Vimeo)

Seriously? That's gotta be the most generic heavy rock vamp ever. I'm sure the guitarist that made it took all of 8 minutes to create it. I'm not saying it's offensive or anything, just that it's pretty staid.
The guitarist you're working with can surely come up with something derivative. If not, try to hit up Andy Timmons. As for the drums and bass, that's probably the first patch/groove in any sample library.

lol so I'm thinkin' you don't know the artist...
Not here to debate what sells today (audience doesn't know
the difference between Miles Davis and Mac Davis)...just know
what I like and how the game is played...and that clip works well.
Don't need to hire a new guitarist...have one.
Just askin' a simple question.gif)

Seems like G3 stuff... That would be my bet. Did you tried Shazam?

I would bet that clip is not an actual piece of music that is available for purchase, download or streaming anywhere. It was created for the purpose of background/soundtracks etc. I wasn't debating its commercial potential, just commenting on its overt banality.

Sorry to have ruffled your feathers. You're right; I'm at odds with most of the stuff going on here so it's probably time to bow out. I've definitely overstayed my welcome in this forum. Ciao.

Doesn't sound like anyone I know, but yeah it might be made specifically.
Guitar and keyboard stuff likethat isn't too far off Yngwie, Dream Theater or lots modern prog groups, though.
If you want to know exactly where it came from, if you are in the same business, just write a mail to the company. I'm sure they'll be happy to tell you.

He's probably just upset that the Left & Right buttons on his computer mouse aren't actually making two different sounds when they're clicked; it's actually only one. And it's this guy behind it ...
