Jazz Martyrs

Postby Paul Marangoni » Thu Apr 13, 2017 5:25 pm

It will be available via the usual outlets (Amazon, CD Baby, Spotify, iTunes, etc.) in May.
The record is all instrumental, and is mostly covers of pop and jazz tunes arranged for my quartet (sax, guitar, bass, drums).

Why wouldn't you upload some soundbites anyway? I mean would you buy something unheard?

Probably not, but that's why I'm offering it for $5 to you. Kind of an experiment.

Hey, at least I didn't ask you for $10 for something I haven't even started recording yet, like all those other crowd funding folks.

Keep in mind that this music isn't a drum clinic by any stretch. The drums aren't featured at all, but I think the arrangements are nice.

I'd get it, but suspect it would be on Spotify just as soon.

Didn't know you played cymbals, too.

Yes, it should be on Spotify in May. Please listen to each song 8,000 times so that I can make enough money to buy a cup of coffee.

Yes. It's a werid world today.

I remember when a cassette was 5-6 week's allowance.

Hopefully we find a way of making thsee things work better. There are some creative options available, though.
